Sydney - 8 times...
1992, 93, 94, 95, 2000, 02, 09 and (can you see the big long gap of us making the finals?) 2019...

Adelaide - 13 times...
1992, 94, 95, 96, 99, 2000, 04, 2010, 11, 13, 14, 18 and 2019
