Dart was given a suspended sentence for striking would this rule him out ? Thorpey has been very consistent all year and playing in a side that won has a few games this year will help his cause

Barmera won straight through last year from memory only for North to get when it mattered??
Anyone know what happend to North in the B grade yesty, on paper they have a top team never seem to be able to put it together though.
Yes, were favourites in both games last season.
North's B grade belted by about 15 goals. Midfield didn't get rolling.

Not sure on that. I'll check it out with the league.
A couple of B grade retirements from North on the weekend:
Clarrie Inglis retired on the weekend. He's played a massive number of games for Loxton North and Moorook, plus a Mallee side that no longer exists (can't remember the name, right now). A great bloke and good clubman. He'll be missed on the field by friend and foe.
Ben Williams also retired. A senior premiership player with the Panthers, Ben is another great story. Having been told he may never walk again following a serious car accident, for him to play footy again is a great effort. One of my great footy mates.

He would be ineligible because he was found guilty. The sentence is irrelevant.

Lots more run from the younger Loxton players and with a couple of big targets up forward they never looked in any trouble. In my opinion Loxton will knock Renmark off this weekend, Renmark were missing Aaron Camplin Saturday and without him I cant see them winning.

A couple nice blokes on and off the field, pity they couldn't get their side over the line Sunday. Clarrie tried his heart out as usual

that would be no
Certainly won't. Well done to Waikerie. Not sure what happened to North. A wise man said to me earlier this season that North weren't playing to their potential - even though they finished minor premiers, it would seem to be the truth.
Well done to Moorook! Good on them for winning the Independent premiership. Never in doubt. Just a little bit envious of their win.

North looked a bit tired on Saturday, it was tight all day with Waikerie very good in the second half. Cooky looked pretty sore in the back and had to do a lot of the ruck work, not sure Nelson was fully fit either, should be a cracker this week
Disappointed we didn't get to hear Shane Walker speak at Whillas medal last night, always great to hear a player speak about how much better he is than everyone else! lol
Richo was fantastic, chicken quite tasty and Tim Bevan a worthy winner!

Good numbers at the hockey GFs at Glassey. Waikerie had a massive contingent there, including some footy identities, as they were involved throughout the day.
Up the Tigers!

I would think normal process, I think the Rovers would be some what pleased with the year. what's this rubbish in the Pioneer about a bumper crowd, would have been just average, Lefty must have trouble counting. what do you think the wash up will be at Barmera re the coaching gig & surely Smart & Greenwood will retire.
