Actually it's Trump that's on borrowed time, given that his term ends 20 January 2021.

Actually, as of yesterday, all 50 states + DC have certified their votes. The Electoral College will meet on Tuesday morning our time formally to elect Joe Biden.

PS Were you referring to the Supreme Court action brought by Texas which was rejected earlier today by the court?
