If you guys were smart you would be targeting guys from successful operations instead of picking off easy targets and paying them way over their value. What is a young player player like Mosar supposed to think when he is being offered ridiculous amounts? The kid is a HUGE talent but he should still be playing for the love of the guernsey (plus maybe a little pocket money) but Hackham are probably forced into paying him big money to keep him.

Boys boys boys the old saying of frowing rocks in glass houses!
I think you'll find SB that down at shark park this year will be a performance based incentive for players with only a base figure being offered to anyone not pulling their weight! After learning from the last few years we have come to realize (over)paying out for players who can't be arsed to train is pointless even the highest paid will be playing for the love of the black and gold, not for the green.
shoes are def not the only team to throw money morph parks and reynella come to mind in te same breathe also. the only problem is that its the shoes fault hackham are in this mess in the first place from back approx ten years ago when you were labeled hackham blue, you took most of their decent players and threw ridiculous amount of coin at them for signing and per game and the hawks still havent recovered. the days of mal lee marty clifton jody tassone

im hoping you guys do well. would be great to see hackham beat morphett vale one day! it will come dont worry
we dont really care who we beat as long as we get a win and start getting that winning culture back around the club through all grades. we are not going to beat m/vale anytime soon, but some teams might be looking over there shoulders this year.
