Having done a lot of keeping in my time, there's no way you don't know that it bounced first, it's a completely different feeling in the hands. It's strange that he didn't know.

Yep, I've kept as well and agree you'd usually know but every now and again there can be doubt.

Yep, I've kept as well and agree you'd usually know but every now and again there can be doubt.
there's a lot of keepers on the international scene that would have carried on like it was an obvious clean catch!
