Re: AFL Round 17
I've watched every angle and not one of the three touched it. AFL saying it was touched reeks of AFL trying to give one back to Adelaide after all the f..k ups in recent years.Brodlach wrote:Whilst I still cannot see where he touched it, I was wrong going on what the AFL has said.

If you want to go quickly, go alone.

This is the same AFL that said the standard of umpiring has never been better. Not sure I'd take what they have to say very seriously...

Re: AFL Round 17
Watching it live I thought it was touched…. Mainly because I assumed it must have been with 3 Melb players in the vicinity and how slowly it ballooned up and drifted through…. I assumed someone must have been able to get a finger tip on it.wenchbarwer wrote:This is the same AFL that said the standard of umpiring has never been better. Then they showed footage that showed air between all the hands and the ball and it gets over turned on that evidence…..now they are saying that decision was wrong…. There must be new footage as on what they showed and what has been circulated on socials you couldn’t over turn it (again)
Yep, never been better.

Oh well. It makes up for the non call on May when he scored the try with no opposition pressure in the 3rd quarter
