Yep, that sucks.

I went on a weeks leave in May and came back to the spare office full of my project files and "issues" that arose while I was away......"issues" mind you that didn't exist when I went on leave but I was somehow meant to pre-empt and alert the rest of my office to.

Sadly, my crystal ball was on the blink that week. I also have the relationship and fortitude to challenge/stand up to my boss as and when required. This situation was one of them.

Yep. Its easy to pass the buck to the person that isnt there. I used to just cop it to keep everyone happy. But now Ill tell anyone, even the GM, exactly what I think. It works a lot better than letting everyone think you're incompetent.

Went to the UK for a month in July. Same thing happened to me, some of it was very detailed and only I knew what to do so I was happy to deal with it.

The one that pissed me off was a returned phone call that only only required a simple yes or no answer. Any brain dead clown could have dealt with that one and not make the client wait 3 weeks to get an answer.

My job, my house, my car, my good financial record, will have to move back in with mum, and in turn lose my sanity....ill stick it out here I reckon.

Also to all my mates have got stuck into me about what the swans did was wrong and blah blah blah. i may be a swans member but i had nothing to do with buddy coming to the swans or nor did i negotiate the deal to get him and while im at i had nothing to do with tippett either...
