South are famous for not developing their zone and do lack a winning culture. A minute but loyal supporter base and a culture of losing . Maybe Fuller leaving them will help but how it stands now the locals do not want to play there. Success breeds success.

30 locals on the senior list last year. Unfortunately vast majority in reserves. Congrats to Ron Fuller and Sturt on appointment.
