South reported a small consolidated profit in their annual report of around $21K
The CEO also took a swipe at the SANFL: What has also become apparent and what we have made clear to the SANFL is that South Adelaide does not appear to be a priority when it comes to marquee fixturing. For 2024 our two marquee requests were met with games against the Adelaide Crows, who despite being the biggest club in the state do not support their SANFL team. South Adelaide may have started the initiative for Good Friday football but this has now been forgotten. We are no longer fixtured to play Glenelg or Sturt.

Does the profit include the final SANFL land distribution payment mentioned in other club results?

South received their final $300K payment in 2022 I believe, but their SANFL dividend/distribution rose in 2023. Same as Westies.
As announced to our Members a few weeks ago, Round 1 of the SANFL season will be WWTFC Heritage Round, when all our teams on the day will honour both Woodville and West Torrens by wearing a reversible guernsey.
So to commemorate the occasion, we’re releasing Retro T-Shirts for our fans…
West Torrens, featuring the famous flying Eagle logo, and Woodville, featuring the memorable Peckers logo.
However, this will be a ONE OFF, pre-purchase offer – never to be repeated!!!
Pre-purchase now, strictly ending March 20 – no extensions
*Note – orders will be due for delivery at the end of March.

So, to celebrate being one their splitting up the supporters?

A pity they dont have a prison bar guernsey to wear.

I was Torrens and I’m happy to be a Woodville west Torrens member and fan hopefully there’s more from both of the clubs mind you we are getting older those of us who supported either team
Could’ve been worse Port could’ve been involved lol there was talk by a eagles fan who supported port in the afl that Port wanted the eagles as their SANFL side thankfully never happened eagles would’ve lost everyone or almost everyone
I think its awesome, the Eagles footy club has impressed me so much in the last few years with the way they're run and what they do.
The President is an awesome lady, have so much time for her.
