Hinkley needs to shut up and take the loss on the chin.
He’s embarrassing himself and his club.

Given he said himself he acted like a fool after the first showdown this year, you’d think he learn.

The review replay didn't show anything definite, which is why it remained "Umpire's call".

Perhaps we can simplify it to avoid controversy and arguments over replays, and the "we wuz robbed" scenario, and say that if it touches the post but goes through the goal side it is still a goal, if it touches the post and goes through the behind side its a behind, and if it bounces off the post into play its still in play.

I agree. In every other code if it hits the post and goes in its still a goal.
Its a no brainer I reckon.

Great minds...
I’ve had $10 on the draw on all games except GWS/Car, Melb/GC & WC/Freo
Odds of $51 through to $76.

Five of the six games decided by 4 points or less.
We weren’t far off, mate...

And to make matters worse in a pub Comp I tipped Adelaide by 2 points

GWS seem to have the measure of the Aus kickers.

Carlton with extra players still can't score

How fat is Stevie Dew.
How can someone with access to dieticians, gyms, trainers, etc become so fat.
He is actually obese.

Would it restrict his day to day training of his team?
I know coaches don’t train as much physically as years gone by but surely he still needs to be able to run.

WTF ?

Whilst we are at it lets get rid of the behind posts, put up a net between the goal posts, bring in the off side rule, get rid of the "Mark" cos they dont have that in other codes etc
AFL is what it is, if ya dont like the rules , go watch other shit football codes like Soccer, Rugby and Gridiron which are all garbage.
Suggesting it should be play on if the ball rebounds off the post back into the field of play is the most ridiculous suggestion ever.
Imagination the situation of player lining up for goal in the GF after the Final Siren. Team is 1 point down. Goal wins it and a behind draws it. Kicks it knowing unless it's out on the full, at least his team wont lose. Ball hits GOAL post and bounces back into play. NO SCORE !!! WTF? Yet if he kicks it and ball bounces off the Behind post and deflects over the behind line its a point and a draw? Great rule that, get rewarded for a WORSE kick than a shot for goal that misses by a bees dick
LEAVE THE F^&%$$^&*G RULES ALONE FFS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS Yes, Hinkley is a sook and its embarrassing. Port certainly wont be challenging for any flags whilst he's around or this current playing group with the majority of them not up to standard skills wise.

Does anyone have the behind the goal footage of the Jenkins goal? Port reckon that is the vision that "clearly" show the ball deviate. I have not seen it anywhere.

Do Port have vision that the 3rd umpire doesn’t?

He won't last long as an AFL coach you can't respect a coach that out of shape. When he barks at the players to run harder someone will tell him to get off his fat arse and do it himself. A coach doesn't need to be in the same shape as the players but you're not going to get much respect from the playing group at that size.

Apparently they do.
Maybe they can release it at the same time as the SPP vision they have

Dual premiership player, did his apprenticeship at a club that won a flag with strong values under a premiership coach.
So what if he’s carrying a few extra kg’s. He’s got the pedigree.
