Not to single him out because all the batters have been awful but how's Manenti still even in this team?

Been one of the best in the league but time to finish up
Short has fallen off a cliff also

Re: BBL 15
I've seen a lot of cricket over my time. I just happened to get home and walk into the room and the Strikers are 7/54. What I see next may have been THE dumbest shot I think I've ever seen in cricket. Maybe bar Gatting's reverse sweep in the test in the late 80's early 90's.The Dark Knight wrote:Hahahaha f**king hell.

Also in KG's era, Ian McLachlan, later the Defence Minister, averaged 41 for South Australia with 8 centuries in 55 innings. Played a couple of Australia A matches.am Bays wrote:KG scored 5500 runs at 37 and took 50 wickets

Brayshaw made a career out of keeping Jeff Vaughan out of the SA team.amber_fluid wrote:James Brayshaw played in a good eraRB wrote:Also in KG's era, Ian McLachlan, later the Defence Minister, averaged 41 for South Australia with 8 centuries in 55 innings. Just as Vaughany looked like he'd be in, JB would peel off a century, then not be seen for another month

Pope Shamsi Boyce spin to win
I'm not a smart man but how does a team play 3 spinners and still only have 4 recognised batters? (who amassed 16 between them).
Why would you play 3 spinners ay AO when mis-hits end up in the donut van?
Overton at 6 tells you that you are running thin on batting talent, Lynn is past it, Sangha has had a shocking season, hopefully he's saving it for the real stuff.
In other news, Strikers to join the ATCA T20 comp, they'll front up against Grange next Tuesday it what should be a good battle, Grange $1.80, Stinkers $2.

Lost 4/6, they were 5/150 from 18 overs when Wade got out. Before Webster got out they were 2/124 from 14 overs needing 37/36.

Re: BBL 15
As per the latest media reports, Mohammad Rizwan has officially filed a complaint against Melbourne Renegades team management after the controversial incident in the match against Sydney Thunder
Rizwan has reportedly expressed strong disappointment over what happened during the game, stating that forcing a former Pakistan captain to retire out is not just disrespectful to him, but an insult to the entire nation of Pakistan
According to reports, Mohammad Rizwan may also seek an early exit from the Big Bash League following this incident, as the situation has escalated beyond the field
As of now, the BBL managing committee is yet to respond to the complaint, and fans across the cricketing world are waiting for an official statement and clarity on the matter
This issue has sparked massive debate, and all eyes are now on how the authorities handle this sensitive situation
