Shoes were too good on the day, 7 - 0 goal run in the 2nd quarter was the difference, pretty even game other than that.
Dutchy , Dutchy , Dutchy , your usual impeccable standards have just hit rock bottom with that post!
As for the second quarter the difference I disagree! It all started at the first bounce and finished with the final siren and an attitude that the Shoe brought to the table.
I was surprised as anyone that they admitted it, anyway its all water under the bridge now.
I turned up to the ground it was 5 goals to 3 our way, by the end of the quarter it was 10-5 down, can only hope we get another crack at you guys in a few weeks.

I see you are not attending Sat against Towns? Arrogant or very confident .

Going to see my old team try to win a flag for the first time in 22 years.
Winners this week in the perfect spring conditions:
A-Grade: Bushpigs over Townies & Bombers over Saints B-Grade: Vikings over Saints & Shoes over Bushpigs U 18's: Vikings over Twisties & Flies over Saints U 16's: Saints over Bombers & Bushpigs over Shoes U 14's: Shoes over Cobras & Flies over Saints
Well done to Christies Beach for being involved in all Saturday grades this Semi-Final weekend.
C-Grade: Bombers over Emus U 16's: Flies over Bombers U 14's: Bombers over Marion
Well done Brighton on making all 3 Sunday Grand Finals.
Not bad considering we used 45 players in our A grade this year. Very happy with the way they have played this year and the way the whole club has progress over the past few years. Our U 12's also won so if we can keep on this path there should be bright times ahead.
In about 2006/7 Happy Valley under 18 were penalised for falsifying team sheets during the H&A season and claiming a player played when he did not. Consequence was disqualification from finals.. What is the league going to do this week with the latest indiscretion from an under 18 team down the hill.. Player on the team sheet at the club while playing College footy in Victoria on the same weekend??

Interesting - I believe the mob down the hill were the club that alerted the SFL to the HV error

A's Winners Flaggys - 5 goals won't learn much sets up a ripper 1v2 Prelim Saints - Often one team does the straight sets, Saints in ripping form 5pts victors
B's Falcons, 12 pts over a "loaded" Noarlunga side Vikings 10 goals, something to prove after last week
C's Brighton best team all year, 15-22nd player is a class above Morphetvale, 10 goals The Sacred Heart to win the 16's and 14's too

18;'s Vikings and Reynella
16's Bombers and Flaggys
14's Noarlunga and Reynella
Agree with most of your tips here.
I do not think Noarlunga As are loaded. Looking at their team list only Hogarth and Ross are players that played As last week and both those have played a lot of Bs this year

Not the team that forfeited twice, bragged on here about their wonderful juniors after one win and other than that one only beat the bottom side, then suddenly come finals are world beaters?...
