I noticed Glenunga were awarded a forfeit win for Round 1 vs Kilburn.. is that fair?! Kilburn fielded a side and won, although they fell away to the point of no longer having a team, if Glenunga weren't good enough to get a win then surely they shouldn't be gifted the 2 points? How is that fair for sides like Para Hills or Flinders Uni or even CLG who have come in to then drop an extra game behind?

MPFC gave our boys a spanking first up..they looked pretty good for a C grade unit..expecting quite a few back into B grade this week which might push a few down to the C4 team but all the lads were rapt to just get out there for game..

Can only be a good thing for your club the have the C grade up and about! I look forward to seeing them later in the season!

I am lead to believe that we were awarded the points due to them fielding players that weren't eligible to play C grade, or something along those lines. Not sure if there was any truth to it but something to do with them playing a few A graders to have some match fitness before going into their round 1 clash the following week

Might have to wait a couple of weeks, I think shrek is on holidays again.
