Different era, but Wanganeen was ridiculously good as a scrawny teenager

Could probably throw Toumpas in that group too. He was a better player at 17 than at anytime since. Says alot qbout Melbourne that were able to wreck the careers of these two, throw in jack Grimes as well. Neeld was a masterstroke!

Please don't go getting me excited like that!
But seriously, I'm assuming Brooksby nominates for the November drafts won't he?
Brooksby is 30 years old next year.....not sure there would be another chance at that age.
Love to see him back finishing his career at South.
Is out of change.....thanks Cambridge Clarrie!!!

As did a bloke called Nathan Buckley.
Margarey medal, premiership medal, Jack Oatey medal and club B&F.

Buckley slightly older, though - turned 20 in 1992. Killer mullet as well, should've got a medal for that too.

Meeting at Prospect this evening - expect an announcement on North coaching position. Given the timeline, must be Surjan.

What Div are they in?
Pretty handy to have a bloke who has always been physically sound playing ammo's less than 2 years after an AFL career finished.
If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
