Big hit for Adelaide High Performance.

Started in 2012 in Strength and Conditioning, after a year went to Athletic Development Coach for 3 years then Head of High Performance from 2017-2021 so 9 years there in total completing a PhD in Strength and Conditioning along the way. Very highly regarded.

Richmond announce new VFL coach. Jack Madgen has recently been captain of Adelaide’s SANFL team and held coaching roles with the Crows Academy and AFLW team.

Dangerfield or Rucciuto?

Did Danger end up being a better play than Roo?

Tough call but I think he did

Oooh, good one!

Roo had far better skills than Danger, I would have liked to have seen Dangerfield play in the same era so you could see the extent to which he could use his physicality.

Surprisingly, Danger has kicked more than a goal a game (359 games, 365 goals

Stats here for those interested:

https://afltables.com/afl/stats/players ... ciuto.html

For mine, I'll say Roo, just. He was better at an earlier age, and injuries cruelled him at the end, he was only 32 when he finished up.

If Dangerfield was still at Adelaide he'd be the greatest Crow ever.
