Appears kids either leaving the game or not interested in playing any more where as soccer is booming and Junior clubs expanding.
Not sure the reason why the spiral down thrust but one wonders if the new rules and not keeping scores etc bought in last season has anything to do with it.

How could that possibly kill local club footy, surely the school competition has more impact than SANFL? Unless the league clubs are up to their usual reallocating their players to one club.

Few stories being bandied around local clubs in the north east by parents, have heard nothing from clubs or the Association to confirm or nothing to deny either
