If so, I reckon he will deck three and kick four.

Dunno about Glenelg but The Fuchia certainly isn't...
Butcher played really well in every aspect other than putting the ball through (or even near in his case) the big sticks. Would have liked to see him up the ground more like he played last week.
I'm gonna break my rusty cage and run

LOL, he's a dead set spud.
Forwards are there to kick goals and he could hit a barn at 5 feet.
And yes, Glenelg are league level.

For as long as there's no relegation

In all seriousness he can play but his head is all over the shop. Mentally he's a shot duck as demonstrated by trying to play on when he has taken a mark 5 m out.
Probably needs to get out of Adelaide and start again at a new club.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Kudos to Tommy Logan who apparently organised for the Port players to provide a guard of honour for Ty Allen as he left the Bay oval for the last time as a player.
Wouldn't expect anything less from Loges. #class

Yes, as a former Glenelg player, he would have that respect for Ty...
If he wasn't playing, probably fair to say it might not have happened...
Well done, Tommy. Always think that is a great thing to see in our game...

Probably fair to say we'll never know if it would have happened or not, actually.
Anyways, I wasn't there but spoke to some close family who go to every Magpies game home and away, I really hope the abuse that my family have been subjected to over the year is on par with the abuse the board and management of the 6 "yes" voters receive.
The games I've attended have been packed with abuse and I've simply asked have you called your CEO, President and board "cheating ****" as often as you have the people who simply support the black and white?
For I know I didn't vote yes, my family didn't vote yes....but your clubs did.
I hope all those fans at Glenelg enjoyed sticking their wooden spoons in the cutlery draw Saturday night. Big draw. Lots of spoons.

I would say that the board and clubs of the SANFL have had plenty of calls which probably led to that meeting last week for a resolution to be found!!!!

As Winston Churchill once said:
Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.
1979 and 1994, very fine years indeed.
All in all, Saturday provided a good day for the development of 42 men as football players. Well done Glenelg and my good mate Ty.

@Booney
Money is tad tight at the moment so we just get the same one out of the drawer each year.
