Merry Christmas to you all.

A quiet one for me, I try and pick an alternative day to catch up with my kids so they aren’t rushed on the main day.

For a few years I’ve had a Simpson’s styled family portrait on my wall of my two daughters, son and I, since re-connecting with my other son it has always been a discussion point, yesterday I received an updated one with all of us, it f****** choked me up big time, I put it up in my room for the night and laid there staring at it.

My daughter (15 months now and just started walking) loved riding in her new Little Nation Push Trike which will be great for walks being an upgrade on the pram. She loved her new bubble machine even more! Absolutely cracked it when I bought her inside and she couldn't play outside with it anymore.

Number 7, maybe 8, who's counting, just slid down the tonsils.

The ham just had its 4th and final maple bourbon glaze.

In a testing little time around the lodge a quiet day at home with the nearest and dearest in the pool and esky sounds and now smells magnificent.
