Mitchell Park & TT Gully
EM serious question did TTG request to be in Div 6 next year or is this a directive from SAAFL?
serious answer; promotion and relegation as per rules & regs TTG would no doubt prefer to stay in 7 but neither of the 2 sides who were relegated requested to stay up, hence as per the rules & regs TTG go up
Why do teams even have to nominate each year when there is a relegation/promotion system in place, makes no sense. The answer i got from IF President was we were told we had to nominate for div7 as we finished second bottom and then sit back and wait to see what TTG and Houghton do. So much for C grade teams having a 1 year option. Lets sort this out once and for all next year, 2 up, 2 down, no questions asked.
Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts....

I agree don't seem fair Henley (won Premiership the year after they stayed down) & SHOC (were the Premiers) could do it over the last couple years yet TTG can't. Common sense says 2 up 2 down no questions asked like old farmer has said.

That's good news EM, bout time someone like JK took a stance. As I have said in previous posts if Div 8 is to be a reality then Div 7 at least has to be conformist in the promotion and relegation system. Maybe he sees the light.

Perhaps this is the point the SAAFL are trying to make.
I hope so as I'm all for it. Can see how TTG would be dirty though given what other C Grade sides have been able to do over last couple years.
Dirty is one word for it, but as always TTG will cop it and play on to the best of our capabilities. Understand where the League is coming from. Wrong time, wrong place is all. Looking forward now to renewing some great friendships and rivalries from last year with Mitchell Park as well as establishing some more. Should be a cracker of a year.

Had plenty of interested people looking to come and play at The Units although that could be because of the good looking chick on his arm
The man is a machine, I think he even had a crack at the bloke in the red suit to play Full Back in 2013
I more so think it was a Brahma booth my friend as there is no one this side of the black stump you blokes have not had a crack at!
And as for the blonde hanging on my arm she is a lucky girl
I think you are the one batting well above your average with her my friend
and as for the black stump, may have been true of the past but can confirm not one new person has been talked too to which I am getting concerned as we have $$$$ galore to play with and they are keeping their powder dry
Could be waiting to see who doesnt get Rookie listed and then pounce
