Yep, some streets flooded here in Hackney.
Stormwater management in the inner East is shocking bad.

Will never flood here in the Torrens Gorge, I’m 4 houses from the river, all goes straight to the flood plain created by Linear Park to handle a 1 in a 100 year flood, whilst downstream, the closer you head into the city, the Torrens acts like a funnel and the water has nowhere to go.
Dunno, I’m just an idiot.

My Emergency Services weather alert browser being going ape crap last few minutes with the following warning

Extreme weather event to move through the state over the next week. All members are to update Respond 52 and ensure all operational equipment and vehicles are ready for response. Monitor email accounts for weather and operational updates, report any operational shortfalls to the NRDO. North SAR Watch will commence at 07:00 on 22/02/26, an IMT will be activated from North HQ from 07:00 on 22/02/26

Looks like you were right, nothing here at all, only water to touch the lawn was the dog having his morning pee.

Noone has been able to accurately predict the weather four days out since Barry Pittman left Channel 9 30 yeaars ago (Keith was a poor mans Barry ;) ) 8)

Not sure how well we can take weather forecasts 3-4 days out anyway. I mean all they are saying is that this weekend there is a pretty good chance of at least 1 mm but dont be surprised if we get what our missuses wish we have - an extra inch
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
