What a player, he is justifying why he is still in the side. Huge 6 from him. 10 to Hayden in that over.

Need Watto to play the innings of his life now. Time to prove you are worthy of a spot in the side Watto.

Hussey caught by the only fielder bar the keeper and bowler within 40 metres of the bat by the sounds of things

Hayden gone, that's almost certainly the match. We keep hearing about Haddin's batting ability, well now's his chance to show us how good he is.

No chance of India speeding up anytime soon either!
Considering Dinagling was bowling most of that hour, 10 overs is absoultely disgraceful.

They aren't even being subtle about it. Harbajhan is stopping between balls to stretch a couple of times an over, he's been pulling out of delivering balls for no apparent reason then taking ages to go back and start again. Surely the umpires need to step in and hurry them along.

Lee way out of form/sick, Clark with a stuffed elbow has been a non-factor so that's our two best quicks virtually out of the equation. Clarke ill in this test, lost 6kgs overnight. To top that off we've lost the toss in three out of four tests on wickets designed to heavily favour batting and later spin...not to make excuses (:P) but we've had it pretty tough. And that's before reminding everyone that we've headed over to India before with a team full of absolute superstars and come back empty-handed.

Way too early to call our downfall, especially with a lot of talented quicks/batsmen waiting in the wings and the discovery of a spinner who looks to have a future in Krejza.

Eh, prepared to write this series off as one in which nothing went right and the team we played took advantage. We'll be back in a very short space of time.

Agree. I'm not fussed about the batting so much though. We need to pick the best keeper and if he can bat well it's a bonus. We can't fall into the trap England has and keep trying to find a player like Gilchrist cos it aint going to happen.

The thing i'm afraid of is that a couple of blokes who are not up to it will get a shot at the very poor New Zealand side. These guys will do well and as a result be given an extended opportunity that they are not deserving of.

Yeah I agree with you there. We will be back as we have plenty of talent in this country. The key will be to stop looking at Cameron White, he is not up to it and also Hadden needs to be looked at. On the Haddin issue who do we all think is the next one in line?

Lee needs to be refreshed, he has looked flat all series, Clark's elbow injury has caused him problems. Also Johnson will be better for the experiance of bowling in India in conditions hes not used to.

No matter how bad the NZ squad is, they will give a good show of themselves.

I bet you they don't. Only player that will do anything of note is Vettori. If only we could get him an Australian citizenship

If there's a team NZ gives their all against, it's the Tasman rival.
