No comparison...
Are these "Team of the Years" recgonised by the SAAFL?
You're a real wet blanket, Browny. As well as recognition to ALL divisions, it's a bit of fun. Gave a few of us on here the idea to do our own as well.
Sorry, just cant get into the spirit of it all! Plus i dont pay enough attention to other teams to have a valid opinion..

I'm wasnt aware that one of our guys came 4th??
Didnt we get 2 and 1 votes for that last game? I know it doesnt seem right but its the umpires call...
I'm pretty sure there was another BL player on the leaderboard towards the end, could be wrong though. Yeah you got 2 and 1 in Round 18 and lost by 41 points!! Our full forward kicked 6 goals (probably the difference between the two sides) and didn't get a vote. Mind you, he didn't get any votes for the whole year and finished with 67 goals.
Thats a bit average, I think we also got 3 and 1 votes against CLG when we lost by 100+!! How does that work??
The umpires have no idea on the field, so how do you expect them to get the votes right aswell? Sort of tarnishes the award when you think of it that way!?
HV presentation night tonight. Should be very interesting in the A grade. I reckon young Moony will finish with a flurry after Round 16 and just steal it from Micky G and Jimmy Hann, with Hoffy a bit of a darkhorse for a top 5 finish...
B grade will see Timmy John take it out from Luke Nation, with close competition coming from Barta, Pearcey and Squid. It will be interesting to see if Scottie Clay did enough in the first half of the year to get a top 5 finish before he was promoted to the A grade.
There's my predictions, we'll have to wait and see how close I was...

No inside word. Just a calculated guess
It's interesting, last time the B grade were undefeated premiers (2005) Timmy John won the B & F and the full forward got runner up!! History repeating itself. Only this time the big fella kicked one more goal than Beinke did that year!
