As per my previous post that appeared to be a **** up, most people agreed they didn't think Gibbons wouldn't have got close too, he was miles closer to the ball than Newnes was.Armchair expert wrote:I do not watch the footy shows, did they explain why Newnes took the kick and not Gibbons, or was that a **** up?

Re: Round nintelevewelve
Another example of how confusing our rules are, if you push someone in the back just after they have disposed of it, it's called back to the spot. But if you bump someone over front or side on after they dispose of it, it goes down field.

The Bulldogs using Dunkley and Macrae against Adelaide in the ruck the ultimate troll. They were using it as a practice match.

Re: Round nintelevewelve
Gibbs has one year to run on probably $600k and Polec has 3 to run on probably $800k.Dutchy wrote:Nah just Gibbs..Booney wrote:Adelaide don't have to try and get rid of Polec and has contract this summer.Dutchy wrote:Does Bum Crack still think Adelaide have more upside than North?
Gibbs is an easier sell every day of the week, even at 32 years old.

Re: Round nintelevewelve
Im guessing Shaw wants Polec to test the trade waters, if he gets interest he leaves, if he doesn't he either buys into the Shaw rebuild or sulks in the ressies for 3 years. There is only one party that loses in this scenario.
