Kilburn will be fine because recruiting has started strongly and people off field are working hard to get us back up the divisions.

Kilburn dont have jrs. They maybe okay for a few years, but then they will struggle to find enough players for 3 teams.

You have no f-cking idea Andy ....Why would any player with any talent want to play A3 at a club like Kilburn . Cant even hang onto your pathetic team from 2007 , in 2 years time you will be able to watch Ryan coaching Greenacres against Kilburn in A5 . What a blockbuster that will be .....
What i dont know about football isnt worth knowing .
Greenies get 65k a year from Norths for 10 years starting when Grand North opened to go into their footy operations, they can do what they want with it,dont know what happens after 10 years, also know Norths want the site for state of the art rehab and player development,Roosters have stacks of cash and want to use it on Grand Junction road, they will get the area when they want it,so enjoy your time their Dragons.

Are you just recycling a rumour, or do you have some actual idea? Are you saying they signed their future away to North after 10 years? Would seem a bit of a silly thing to do.
dude..why dont you go and ask at the pokies club on grand junction road..we all know what we know but you dont seem to want to believe it..go and ask for yourself..its very well known around the traps..you must have lived under a rock for 5 years..i heard 35k not 65k, give or take 10k whos counting? LOL

I'm sure they do get money from the pokies. What I think is funny is that peopl,e bandy around figures as if they know. Clubs are sensitive about these things and I doubt any of you know what the figure is.
Andy#24,its very true doesnt mean they signed their future away after 10 years just means they need to be very good at making another deal, because at the end of the day its a renewable lease and the council can always see and look at another tenant say with more money and a bigger future, thats the facts.
I understand that all buildings on council property are fixtures and belong to the council but I would have thought that they would take that into account when making the lease and make it for a really long time or give them first option of a renewal?
