Menzel was going to replace Stevie J. But now he just needs to hope his knee stands up, as he has one more chance. You can't comeback from 4 recons.
He is a very good lateral mover, but he may have to change it a bit now.
Hope he still has a good career

Great achievement considering how close he came to never playing football again. Congratulations Tom.

Lonergan has gone from being a dud, to someone who is courageous to someone who is an underrated player by many. Next time you watch the Catters and either Taylor or Lonners is getting done, watch out for that old Scotty trick of the switcheroo. This means that for a forward to get a bag against the Cats you have to beat Lonergan and Taylor.

Well done Tommy you are a champ mate as all Cat fans know.

He was pretty ordinary against Carlton TBH. He had plenty of mates as well. The AFL has dished up four straight six day breaks for us and now we are off to Sydney to play the reigning premiers who have had tough match ups with the newbies. Get on the Swannies next week my friend.

We are really struggling at the moment. Not enough blokes in the middle can win the ball. We need Kelly fit and firing and Joel Corey hitting targets. One real positive about the Carlton game was the efforts of some of the younger players, particularly Motlop.

Love the way Geelong are going!

Thinking they may have found away to beat the system and not bottom out, their young blokes are just coming along nicely with the likes of Chapman, Bartel, Taylor to guide them

With the win on Saturday night Geelong just increased the record for the best 150 games of any VFL/AFL team.
123 wins from the last 150 games.
