Re: AFL Round 2 2025
Haynes and Dochertys cards should be marked to never play again
We can’t keep doing the same thing as it ain’t working
Curnow has been terrible
If you’re not fit don’t play
If you are fit pull ya head in and make a contest

Re: AFL Round 2 2025
I've said it for years. If you can't kick a set shot goal, you're not winning games, let alone finals, let alone a flag. Till we sort that out, we're stuffed.

Re: AFL Round 2 2025
2 wins from the last 11. West Coast and North?
More like a bottom four side than a top four side.
Selection panel and more so Voss under pressure two games in.

Re: AFL Round 2 2025
If you kick set shot goals - and we've had enough over the course of the last 15 games, you put scoreboard pressure on the opposition and win games. We don't, we can't and hence we're stuffed. Coaching? I would think the forward coach would expect forwards would have a routine, but we don't, clearly from what we've seen. Till we learn how to put pressure on the oppo by making the most of our forward opportunities, we're up against it.DOC wrote:2 wins from the last 11. West Coast and North?

Saad running around in circles and then kicking sideways isn’t helping - Williams too.
I’d be attacking through whomever saad is supposed to be defending every time

Saad runs in circles with the ball coz when he looks up there’s nothing on offer.mots02 wrote:Yet those 2 are cooked…. But they have some matesamber_fluid wrote:Haynes and Dochertys cards should be marked to never play again

He’s never been a ‘defender’ and as such he creates alot of movement from back half.
It’s our forwards letting us down not our mids or backline.
Hope Harry’s sniffles clear up and he feels 100% soon as our season is falling away very quickly.
Ed Curnow in retirement would have been a better option than Charlie last night
We’d be even more effed without Cripps, TDK and Weitering.
They bust their arse week in and week out.
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

Re: AFL Round 2 2025
Problem is we have Saad and McGovern who both can’t defend one on one.
I’d be playing McGovern as a high half forward and pushing SOS down back as the 2nd defender

And you’ve added Haynes down there so it’s pretty much weitering left who can actually defend a player when needed.amber_fluid wrote:Problem is we have Saad and McGovern who both can’t defend one on one.
