That's the alleged case yes.
Apparently it was taken by the player, and requested to be deleted after which he apparently told her it was deleted.

Didn’t know this, all I’ve seen is a photo from the neck down.

Distributing without her consent certainly is bad.

Don’t know why but my assumption was it was taken at a strip club or something. Not sure why I assumed that, no basis for it. Not that it would make sharing it around any less wrong
