Mitch Lewis hands me my first donut for the year with his late withdrawal and me already pulling trigger on two trades.

For the first time all season, things went pretty pear shaped for the top three teams in the Premier League. FISH recorded a very impressive victory over the ladder leaders who have been dominating the competition so far this season. That win could get FISHy into the top eight this year. Poon was another side to lose their unbeaten status as they were sensationally upset by Captain Who. The Captain is now starting to generate momentum…I swear he does this every season so I’m glad I got him early. Keep going Captain! The REBCats failed to capitalise on the losses of the top two sides when that spud Robert Young couldn’t score 28 points with Buddy recording a come from behind 10 point victory. Ouch!
Hondo once again showed his class when they smacked Ecky who tumbled out of the top eight. Ecky was the big loser of the round falling five spots on the ladder as Hondo smashed out a Hogg high 2462. Hondo consolidated his place in the top four and is a real threat for the premiership this season. Another notable performance this week was Delicious managing to square the ledger with Sharks who was untouched by the carnage that seemed to smack everyone else. The problem for Spiro was Stefan Martin. While most of us have Grawndy the Sharks do not and without Goldy’s 140 his ruck disadvantage effectively cancelled out the carnage factor in that match.
With the stragglers Has Been breathed a mighty sigh of relief as the late out of Mitch Lewis (who?) handed the Beeners at ten point win and ended a lengthy losing run by the reigning premier. Q might soon be called Q After you after they dropped dangerously close to the relegation zone and as above you can see he is not a happy camper. The Longwood Lions were seriously tamed by Inner Sanctum who gleefully scooped up a top eight spot and the Badgers remained stone motherless after being outclassed by an inform Richo. In the other game between the promoted sides, Twisties danced to victory over Mediocre at Best who are living up to the name for the first time in their decorated Hogg career.

Re: Hogg Premier League 2019
I see FISH has been most active in the trading market, losing patience with Angus Spudshaw. I've been dying to do that all year but elected to hold which is totally against my DNA. Traditionally I'm the one selling out and then watching on in utter frustration as the guy I just punted tons up. That would be most welcome Angus. FFS I've been more than patient!
