My pick of grounds would have been Gerard in between twisted ankles and infected knees from the caltrop it was not too bad, did you ever have the pleasure?

Re: Riverland Football Chatter
I played there once.
Shitty ground....good prickles though.
Even better changerooms...best in the Riverland...seriously!

Re: Riverland Football Chatter
I played Cobby colts for 2 seasons but i wasn't lucky enough to play at "Prickle Park" as some call it. But I'd say the worst ground to play at would be Cobby or Paringa. Paringa is like 10km wide and Cobby is tiny and they both have dirt in the middle of them.
Do they really have good change rooms? Or is that just sarcasm? lol

I swear I could order a milkshakle from the Yamba roadhouse when I'm out Paringa's eastern wing, it's that bloody wide.
Why don't they bring it in?

I'm sure if you got one of those petitions that Barry was talking about. They could very well consider it.

Re: Riverland Football Chatter
the change rooms at gerard are massive! leave any other RIFL changeroom for dead and rival alot of RFL in my opinion. and BD is also correct about browns well oval, my brother broke his leg there and needed plates etc, and ive heard of 2-3 other busted legs from that oval in the past couple of years.

Re: Riverland Football Chatter
Sorry TWE - I'm not sure about Jason Goodes being the same one you know.
As far as I know he's played for Loxton North, Brown's Well and Berri and that's it before heading to the Wimmera.
He's had a dodgy knee and hasn't played for past couple of seasons as far as I know, so I'd suggest it's highly unlikely.
But as always, I could be wrong.
BTW - welcome back Crusher!

Re: Riverland Football Chatter
We would have won by more.
What a lame excuse that was....the wet weather should have suited their players better.
And fancy putting that on their footy trip shirts.
Nobs.

Something about how they would have won if not for the weather.
