My father was unemployed from 1928 to 1936 and my older sister was born in 1928, and so I knew the history of what they went through, later, when I was growing up.

So, I smoked about 3 cigarettes all told in a puff here and a puff there over a 4 year period between age 10 and 14. I've had two puffs on a MJ cigarette in my lifetime, and once sampled Cocaine in raw form straight of a tree when overseas. Alcohol? I purloined my sister's Hock, Lime, and Lemon, when I was 10 at a beer garden family gathering, invented the Creme de Menthe milkshake at 13, and otherwise didn't drink alcohol until I was about 23.

Now I enjoy a wine (or a few) most nights, but generally limit the total to safe levels. The only time I got drunk was in about 1976, when I had been guest speaker at a medical gathering sponsored for GPs by a pharmaceutical company which was very generous with good quality product that night at Ayers House.

You chewed a Coca leaf?

Actually I ate the fruit and then tasted the stone from inside it. We'd been told the fruit was safe, but to not bite the stone while eating the fruit, but I'd thought the coke was only in the leaves. My tongue and lower face went numb immediately, and I'm told I was over-talkative for several hours...

Alan Jones some pertinent comments on Dan Andrews and his administrators re the Quarantine Fiasco.

Just boils down to INCOMPETENCE which also resulted in the deaths of over 800 poor elderly Australian.

Stan Stan Stan your words not mine Fake ???

I have been consistant I call it the WU HU FLU.

So just like any other FLU it kills the elderly and most vulnerable especially with co morbidities you remember Influenza A and B all Corona Viruses killed so did we shut down Australia.

March 18 this year it will be 12 months of this alarmism and scaremongering as has been highlighted in Victoria under the great leadership of knucklehead Dan.

So do we live the rest of our lives scared to death what a weak soft society we have become.

We are all being played but the sheep and goats just still keep feeding on this ALARMISM.

I am over this rubbish and live my life to the fullest.

Fact currently in Australia 99.9% of people who get this flu have moderate symptoms and all survive so when will the FAKE MSM REPORT THIS ??????

My comments above relate to Australias current situation these so called politicians and the FAKE MSM just keep on milking this story :(

spent Monday and Tuesday in Melbourne staying at Southbank, the place is extremely quiet, almost eerie walking around. Restuarants (the ones that were open) were dead, very little traffic and went to Crown Casino (with masks) and only the hardcore gamblers in there. Very sad.

Saw a picture of Flinders St / Federation Square corner a few days ago around 1pm, place was a ghost town.

Workers who have been working at home for the last 10 months are just not going to go back to a CBD office, why would they? Their employer is hamstrung to make them come back, they're saving on transport costs, travel time, lunch expenses etc etc etc.

Flow on from that is the retail side is struggling big time, so many shop just closed up. Awful.

Going to be a long, long time before Melbourne is alive again as we knew it.

We don't need restaurants after the great reset and after Agenda 21 has been put into action.

Also Dan doesn't like these places so it's his ultimate plan to shut everything down.

Also non of it is real because they are all holograms anyway.

So with 15 countries including France, Italy and Germany all suspending the use of the AstrZeneca vaccine over safety issues are you all still not concerned about having the vaccine?
Are you still willing to do "your bit for society"?
Are you still willing to label anyone who isn't comfortable rolling up as anti-vaccers?

I have no concerns with the vaccine. Our clients have had staff getting jabs....no issues with them.

well im actually hoping that these other countries pausing their rollout mean that australia can get more supply, and actually start meeting or exceeding our rollout targets.

id go get the AZ vaccine today if i could (or any other vaccine for covid) but i likely wont be allowed to get one till october or later. the sooner we all get the vaccine the sooner we can do away with all these restrictions you dont like

Lol, youre kidding yourself if you think the restrictions are going anywhere once the vaccine has been rolled out. They have already said that nothing will change, they dont know if it prevents you getting it and they dont know if it cures you so what is the fn point of having it?
Plenty of other remedies that are proven to cure it but theres no money in it for Pharma

Since when do vaccines cure anyone? Thats not how they work.

And as for not preventing it, you onviously arent keeping up with the facts coming out of the countries that have been rolling it out.

Lool, i know you ignore anything that disagrees with your warped viewpoint, but seriously, ease up on whatever your smoking. It cant be good for you long term

My expectation is that the vaccine for CV will be like that for the Influenza virus. That is, as the virus is a frequently mutating one, there will be a new vaccine for the current strain each year.

Now, I'm putting my hand up for the AZ vaccine or any other I can get ASAP, just like I do for each years Influenza vaccine. That doesn't guarantee total immunity either it just reduces the risk of getting seriously ill.

Before we had Influenza vaccines, the Asian Flu nearly killed me in 1957 - I was bed bound, running a high temperature, and hallucinating for 10 days.

Are you sure it wasn't just a reaction to Port beating Norwood in the GF that year?
