Re: NASCAR
As much as Daytona is the big name race, I think Charlotte is the big race race. Unfortunately, it's on the same weekend as the carts at Indianpolis.
I am a big fan of NASCAR, yes Bulldog. I have been to the Monster Mile at Dover Downs speedway in Delaware.
Ambrose' first year with the big boys and I have high hopes.

Sorry lads never got into Nascar racing. Love my V8 supercars and Formula 1 but find racing around in circles a bit of a bore and when their is an accident it takes out half of the field. Having said think the atmosphere at Daytona would be awesome.

yeah lots of people dont like it becasue of oval tracks. but lots of people dont realise they are driving at 200 miles an hour.... much faster then V8s, and if you go into the corners to hot or come out to hot the back end steps out and you spin. so theres logic to it all. guess its what people enjoy tho

Re: NASCAR
Great qualifying effort by Ambrose in Las Vagas the other night (5th). He's proven he has plenty of talent and I expect he'll win at least one race this year (most likely road course) and could even be a chance for a win on an oval...
Disappointing that he had to swap an engine pre-race the other night and started at the rear of the field...
