Some smooth midfielders and good ball users and have plenty of class. Wright (CHF) has some of the best mits i've ever seen in amateurs and takes almost everything in his area. Forth is just a freak, has an uncanny knack of finding the goals, even over his shoulder from 35 out... ridiculous! Backs are very reliable. Shannon (IIRC) is a gun! spoils or outmarks his opponent and is always taking hangers. Riggs and Pasty both hold down key spots and they don't have too many weak links.
Pace is probably their only downfall, a couple of quicks and they would be just about complete.
one thing they do is power on after half time. they have great engines and obviously worked very hard on fitness which sees them run out games and smash sides in the last quarter. Salisbury saw that on the weekend.
should play in the GF and probably Pooraka as the opponent. the game in rd 14? where the bulls got up by a point was a cracker and i could see them in the big dance. Must admit i haven't seen Grove yet, maybe this weekend i'll get a look. we'll see...
Wrighty was pretty well-beaten on Saturday by Mark Robb, but you're right, can play. And when he wasn't going so well, DR flung Bear down there and he had an impact.
And Goldsmith, even in his mid-30s, is still the best player in the competition when he's fit.
