Not as embarrassing as the 78-71 vote on day one.
For that, a Lib-NP (apart from Peter Slipper) must have voted with Labor.
Didn't read much about that in the media, of course.

The Daily Telegraph says the MP from NSW admitted on Wednesday to discussing Birdon Marine, a local business in his electorate, during negotiations, but did not reveal the Port Macquarie-based contractor donated thousands of dollars to his political campaigns. The NSW Opposition has referred Mr Oakeshott's links with the company to the NSW corruption agency for investigation.
The News Limited report said it was understood that between 2002 and 2007 Birdon Marine donated more than $15,000 to Mr Oakeshott's state election campaigns.

I agree News Ltd always has its own agenda, but do you have any sources to suggest it is not factually true, even if described in a slanted way?redandblack wrote:Psyber, News Ltd is running a campaign against Oakeshott since his decision to support Gillard.
I'd research a few more independent stories (if there are any).
News Ltd media are a disgrace and being called so by many other media lately.
