Roos need to win there last 3 games ( we have a bye as well ), and hope that Cove or Valley's lose there last 4 games.
We finish with Townies, Aldinga & Christies.
Cove have a tough run home and could miss - will only start favourite in 1 of their remaining 4 games - BDOS, Towns, Shoes, Flies.
Last weekend the Cobras played two spare players in their own defence (one being Josh Ramsey who IIRC was the association centre half FORWARD) from the first bounce to the final whistle. With that style of play they could struggle to kick enough goals to win any of those 4 games - but at least they will make it hard for their opposition to score?!
Any one got a review of last weeks Porties vs $hoes game? I thought that might have been a closer game.
Went down to have a look at this game on the weekend expecting it to be a closely fought contest, given the hype Port Noarlunga have been recieving of late.
Shoes kicked two or three late in the first and then extended their lead into the wind in the second, Porties missed a few shots and went in 6 down at the half with the shoes controlling play.
After enjoying the home sides bbq at half time the shoes dominated the third kicking 7 and looking very good. Left halfway through the last after both sides being pretty even.
What happened at MV, was expecting a close game thier also but Morphies won easily in the end, are they back might venture down to watch that local derby on sunday should be a belter of a game with morphies pushing for a top four and being the only ones to inflict defeat on the winefly's this year.
