Definitely a big loss Rusty was a very well liked/loved part of our club. He's a great footballer and even better bloke and has given our club many years of great service. In the 5-6 years he spent with us he won a BnF and was runner up last year.
He has been basically the dream recruit both on and off the field he always supported club functions, helped with juniors and club days. While its disappointing he will be playing against us there is certainly no bad feelings from anyone at the club toward him. I look forward to catching up with him for a beer when we play Porties.

Reynella have 66 for u/12s 58 for u/10s and 50 for u/8s
and other clubs have none
feel sorry for the kids that get only 1 quarter
the league should cap how many kids per age group

understand both sides well
they have the cap in the metro leagues
my son wanted tp play with his mates at henley a couple of years ago and made their third side in under10
the following year they brought the cap in and he was told to go to lockleys which even tho is 5 minutes up the road is not where his mates were and quickly fell out of footy
a shame but i understand where he was coming from and also where the league was coming from
i suppose if the kids really want to play that much and their parents can get them their they will but it is really tricky
something has to be sorted so we loose no more kids to sports in general
i believ they use the same caps in basketball in the metro leagues
