Given the posts in other threads, more notably hills central and the condition of the Bridgwater oval, how are the grounds in the SFL faring?
In the GSFL the old Mclaren Vale swamp was pretty heavy on the weekend as were a few of the other grounds, given the amount of rain probably only fair.
A low score at Lonsdale, assuming the surface there would be pretty average? How about Brighton and the cenre square? I guess most of the other grounds seem to drain / hold up pretty well these days.

Was told Lonsdale's oval isnt much better than Bridgewater's oval at the moment, barely a blade of glass on it.

On the way home I drove past lonsdale and saw how bad the oval was and thought they were playing Christie's to only find out later it was actually the shoes. Flaggy oval is still doing ok the only problem is the cockies chewing it up in a few sections but overall it's better than previous years
