Christies Beach to play Morphett Vale at Bice for the first time in 6 years!
With the DRAFT draw just released, which clubs based on gate/bbq/bar/canteen do you want as a home game?
Ill have a crack
1 M/Vale
2 Reynella
3 Port Noarlunga
4 H/Valley
5 C/Beach
6 F/Hill
7 Cove
8 Aldinga
9 Hackham
10 Lonsdale
11 Brighton
12 E/Town
13 Marion
14 M/Parks
These are sides based on our financials over pased 4 years! from 1-7 they are close but 11-14 shockers and is it a coincidence these sides have a SAAFL background??
Just something to discuss

Good discussion shoe boy, ranking tends to vary depending on how the relative clubs are performing but there seems to be 4 distinct groups.
The Old Bloc ClubsNoarlunga, Reynella, Port Noarlunga, Morphett Vale & Christies Beach
Games between these clubs always attract a crowd, all 5 clubs tend to provide a good day wherever they visit, however they are performing.
The Early 80s Expansion ClubsHappy Valley, Flagstaff Hill and more recently Cove
Always have a full set of teams and good support. The first two, established clubs that joined the league. Cove have moved into this group from the third group over the past 10 years.
The 70s-80s Start-up ClubsAldinga, Hackham, O'Sullivan Beach-Lonsdale
All were part of the population expansion in the 70s that led to new clubs forming (Hackham, O'Sullivan Beach, Mawson, Cove) or re-forming (Aldinga) and starting in the old Division 2 comp. Recent performances, and struggles with filling junior grades (although improving) have an impact on the crowds they draw.
The Glenelg-South ClubsMarion, Morphettville Park, Brighton Bombers, Edwardstown (+ previously Plympton & Mitchell Park)
Have joined gradually since 1987 but come from the more "Parklands Footy" style of competition. Don't seem to have the same culture as the "semi-country style" clubs, don't draw a crowd away, and smaller boutique style crowds at home.
