Eat breakfast non negotiable, aim for 3 main meal and 2-3 healthy snacks a day, drink your required amount of water, buy everything in reduced fat type/low sugar products, really limit beer and soft drink.

Make sure whatever diet you choose it's maintable for the for see able future. Eat the very occasional nasty product as I'm sure u will not go the rest of your life never eating a piece of cake for example ever again

I have the same problem with creatine. I couldn't get enough of it's steroid-like properties and before long I was shelving 5 grams before every workout. It now takes a great deal of will power to walk right past all those creatine tubs in the health stores.

Seriously though, congrats on the turnaround.

Breakfast? Please. It is 100 per cent negotiable. Eat it if you're active during the day and hungry, otherwise, don't bother.

Also, this post reeks of common sense. It has no place in this thread.

sorry to hear your bad experience on the duries mate. But bloody well done on turning your life around! Duromine is a way different now to what it was back then. Yes it can still be addictive and is still sold by dealers. One thing i am trying to do is put a positive example out there. Thanks for the support roxy! Q its ok mate its ok
