With the exception of BN there are at least four ahead of the other two lads.
Two of them could quite comfortably hold an A grade spot.
Your in for a shock.
Hold an A grade spot - probably
Hold an A grade spot at Ingle Farm this season - possibly
GET an A grade spot - highly unlikely
Would imagine there is a long que of players lining up chomping at the bit to get a shot in the A grade, and those who are in the side are not exactly putting a foot wrong..
i heard a few were not happy up at ingle farm with the select few who miss more then fair share of trainning yet walk into that A grade squad week in week out when your winning its good but they will be the downfall as well
Your information has been twisted R_S. In front of me I have training attendances of every session for every player who has trained at IF since November & the number of recent non-attendees without the courtesy & requirement of a call or message is miniscule.
There may well be some disgruntled B Grade players would like to play A Grade, and there are many who are worthy, but they also may not be aware why someone has missed training. We regularly have 60+ players on the track, let alone those in the medical room.
As with every club, we have players who work evenings which can not be avoided. As we have found largely this year, their non-attendance has resulted in fitness & form dropping, and there have been some regular players demoted for that reason. When they have got back to fitness and their form is good in the lower grade, they have earnt their spot back in the higher grade team.
I can assure you, nobody is getting a free ride.
