Front & Centre wrote:Good diversion tactic DTH but can you confirm that Sacred Heart will allow their players to play in a prelim final rather than the school footy. Dont get me wrong I think its great these kids have done so well against the best 16s in the league but if they dont play on Saturday Reynella should be putting in a complaint.
I also heard a maroon coat talking at Aldinga yesterday about an emergency meeting at Marion being held - must have been pretty important agenda if it was taking SFL officials away from the semi finals. Think there could be more going on here than is being revealed or fellow posters are aware of. The word "merge" was also mentioned.
Some of you guys must think college footy is played every Saturday for 52 weeks of the year. School footy finished 3 to 4 weeks ago for many Sacred Heart lads and 2 weeks ago for all. Yesterday's final was always scheduled for Sunday and next weeks Brighton Derby will be played on Saturday as scheduled.
