Any suggestions on providers?
I've done a little research and Energy Australia look to be the cheapest

Customer service at AGL is the worst I have encountered at any company, anwhere, throughout all time. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

When was the last time you rang them? I seem to get good help most times I've called.
This morning I got two gas bills for the same period. Called up, and was sorted within 10 minutes. No holding, sent from enquiries to billing resolutions instantly. Aussie chicks (wo)maning the phones.
