Was used in a heritage round in the last few years, with black shorts maybe?
Reminder me, no heritage round this year in AFL?

If same sex couples are having children , should we be voting if they can marry each other ?

well it goes to show that its not about "children having a mother and a father", because same sex couples can have children, and you can have single parents too

Is it best to have 2 referees from my current company and one from in between or shall I go back further to my employee prior these?

If you've been at the same place for 10yrs, can't imagine a referee from your previous employer would be worth while.
1x from current organisation
1x personal referee i.e. sports coach/administrator

With a work history like that I'd suggest one referee from your current employer and a nicely worded cover letter would be more than sufficient, along with one personal referee, however, if I'm across the type of position you are in it's unlikely a personal reference would be contacted. Your potential employer doesn't have time to talk to a mate and find out how nice a bloke you are.
