It's that IMO it starts two weeks too early and finishes two weeks too late.

;)

Yeah, I like DLS when it's summer - start of November to end of February.
What I don't like is the unnaturalness of it on October and March, given the time zone we are on.

Mainly just feeding the horses in the dark. If we leave it til the sun comes up its too much of a rush to get ready for work. Obviously can't be avoided in the middle of winter

By turning the best mornings of the year into dark shitholes.
By not following the natural flows of the changing of the seasons.
By turning up to work feeling very dull.
By going against natural bio-rythms
By creating a certain danger of more people going to work at darker/low-light times when kangaroos are active near roadways, especially during dry spells

There is still enough daylight to be doing things after work without it, so what benefit does it create.

Never seen someone so affected by daylight
I'm affected by lack of daylight - the darkness till well after 6.30 a.m. this time of year gives me the sh1ts.

My SIL/BIL and 3 kids use a towel once and wash it, they are staying with my FIL at the moment and it is doing his head in!

I simply don’t get this. We had a couple at the pub a few weeks ago tell us they never keep leftovers. Anything they don’t eat, the throw out. Roasts, BBQ’s, casseroles, pastas…
