Great thing about where I work for, Ive been there 20 years and had about 20 different jobs while the super keeps on mounting up along with flexible working hours and LSL.
And contracting pays 2-3 times the amount in the Circus..... however the LSL is pretty good. The super is pretty good too, my 11 years 11 months is still accruing nicely!
But I can't disagree about the working with morons as a BA. I've worked in the Circus, and several different industries and the only constant is the moron factor.
