My third daughters middle name is Grace..

Would have to be one of the most beautiful names around...

My other kids have Elizabeth, and my lads is Rhys & Hank (great Grandfather & Grandfather's names) as middle names

Coincidentally, my eldest daughters first name is Grace, my youngest daughters first name is Elisabeth (family history with the 's' instead of 'z'). Their respective middle names are Alice (family name on her mothers side) and Joy (my paternal grandmothers name). smac jr is Harrison Peter (Peter for his paternal grandfather, Harrison 'coz I liked it ).

Ellen is her mother's middle name and HER mothers .. and .. etc.

Naming after relatives is always worth consideration. Being the eldest I was always going to be named after my two grandfathers...one was Sean (Irish for John) the other John but both always called Jack. If I'd been a boy it was going to be John...but I'm not so I got christened Jacqueline...French for 'daughter of John'. I got the middle name of Ann because it seemed to be a tradition with the women on both sides of the family.

Diss....is it really a whole year ago that you were posting those gorgeous photo's of the new born ?...how time flies Happy birthday and she's still just as gorgeous
