Lifted from Barrie's Corner www.nafc.com.au

Abraham Lincoln was elected to Congress in 1846.
John F. Kennedy was elected to Congress in 1946.

Abraham Lincoln was elected President in 1860.
John F. Kennedy was elected President in 1960.

Both were particularly concerned with civil rights.
Both wives lost their children while living in the White House.

Both Presidents were shot on a Friday.
Both Presidents were shot in the head

Now it gets really weird.

Lincoln 's secretary was named Kennedy.
Kennedy's Secretary was named Lincoln .

Both were assassinated by Southerners.
Both were succeeded by Southerners named Johnson.

Andrew Johnson, who succeeded Lincoln , was born in 1808.
Lyndon Johnson, who succeeded Kennedy, was born in 1908.

John Wilkes Booth, who assassinated Lincoln , was born in 1839.
Lee Harvey Oswald, who assassinated Kennedy, was born in 1939.

Both assassins were known by their three names.
Both names are composed of fifteen letters.

Now hang on to your seat.

Lincoln was shot at the theater named 'Ford.'
Kennedy was shot in a car called ' Lincoln ' made by 'Ford.'

Lincoln was shot in a theater and his assassin ran and hid in a warehouse.
Kennedy was shot from a warehouse and his assassin ran and hid in a theater.

Booth and Oswald were assassinated before their trials.

And here's the kicker...

A week before Lincoln was shot, he was in Monroe , Maryland.

I don't think Oswald shot Kennedy.
That's based entirely on what I learned watching "JFK" the movie.

Perhaps John Wilkes Booth was also framed by a secret organisation with three letters.
Maybe KKK?

That's probably right and if you look at all the facts, how was it possible that one bullet caused 7 wounds and how did the fatal Kennedy headshot hit him from a 90 degree front on angle when the Texas Book Depository was on a 90 degree angle behind him.

Whatever you argue, there's no way that Oswald did it by himself

I agree Oswald has to be a patsy. The magic bullet theory is ridiculous.

However, be aware that "JFK" the movie is, to a large extent, imaginative fantasy. He's taken facts from here an there and added a lot of fiction. However, by including realistic recreations it makes it seem like a documentary, which it's far from. Oliver Stone has admitted his movie is far from factual.

All the stuff about Cuba and the CIA for example. He's just guessing like the rest of us.

Back on the real assassination, IIRC the idea is that once all the people involved are dead, the real facts will come out.

Fletcher Prouty has been gone since 2001 and General Krulak - The one who took over from Ed Lansdale (what was he doing in Dallas on Nov 22 1963?) died only about 6 weeks ago at the age of 95. George HW Bush more than likely was in Dealey Plaza on Nov 22 1963 - Why? How come about the only two Americans that can't remember where they were on this date are George HW Bush and Richard Nixon. Why does Bush make a big issue at Gerald Ford's funeral about the Warren commission - and why it should stand as fact - and about a "deluded gunman". Where did Prescott Bush' money go during WWII - Why did it go there?
