It's a matter of watching as I don;t think you'll find a list as such anywhere. From the top of my head:
Man U - Ronaldo
Liverpool - Stevie G
Arsenal - Adebayor
Chavski - Lumpard
Portsmouth - Defoe
Everton - Yakubu
Newcastle - Owen
After that I'm struggling. For Tottenham (probably Pavlyuchenko now), Villa (Carew?), Sunderland ??, West Ham ??, Fulham ??, Blackburn (Roque Sant Cruz?), Hull, Stoke, WBA (Bednar?), Boro (Alves?), Wigan - Zaki as mentioned, Citeh (Robinho?), Bolton ??.

Every preseason preview I read Hull was absolutely pasted and were only predicted to win one and a half games for the year in two previews. Well they've exceeded that already and while there is still a long way to go, they'd have to be the best story of the EPL so far.
