Good appointment and after just a week or so after being headhunted from what he revealed tonight. Doesn't say much for the other candidates who have had a number of weeks headstart for the position.

I think he was looking at the db.org before the appointment was official (ie the coaching rumours thread), everyone seems happy after the event.
