His form has been outstanding and its great to see young blokes like him looking to succeed in the longer form of the day aswell as the shorter forms!!
NZ still on top tho! And looking to set the Paki's a score come day 5 for an unlikely win

Strange given that his List A, is nothing special (ave 29, 0 100s), yet his FC record is pretty good (ave 38 6 100s)
He is only 26 and in form (he is unbeaten on 159 for Otago today)
If the Kiwis are picking Elliott at number 6 on the basis he can bowl, its no wonder they are down the wrong end of the Test Championship

Ended up with 196, while another international reject Sinclair made a duck, as did Matthew Bell, following on from his 6 in the first dig. Tim Southee kept contributing with a handy 22 with the bat that allowed Northern Districts to claim a first innings lead (65 for the 9th wicket)
But what do you make of NZ FC cricket, Chris Harris made 105, while Ravi Bopara is an opening batsman (61* off 154 balls) and first change bowler (3/109)

Looks like NZ's super skipper will need to save them again.

So this is on Fox I assume?
Pity that NZ don't look like making a decent total, Pakistan well on top.
