We normally swallow our saliva and mucus secretions from our nose and throat every day without noticing, along with any particles adhered to them.
It is only when it builds up faster because of exercise that we become aware of it.
So, what's the big deal?
It's like the fact that every molecule of water on the planet has been through several species' kidneys and bladders by now - even that in your beer...
You want to distil every drop of water on the planet?
